Organizational Communication | Communication Department Analysis
A group project where we had to focus on the Communication department here at UD and analyze any problems and determine the solution based on fact and research. We suggested to the department head, Jenn Supple Bartels, that they consider expanding their class selection by adding a digital aspect and collaborating with the CGIM department. This was determined through COM professor interviews and research from local colleges and their COM departments.
Crisis Communication | Crisis Plan
An individual presentation that focused on a crisis plan of any company that was dealing with a current or past crisis. I focused on Cheerios and General Mills and how they received backlash from consumers about their "gluten-free" products. This presentation shows the pre-crisis, during crisis, and post-crisis aspect of the plan as I discussed what needed to be done and analyzed how they could've done it better.
